hey im trying to change my fuel filter, but i cant loosen the bolts on it!!!! its realllyyyyy frustrating me. any ides on how to loosen the bolts?? i dont have an air compressor so a torque wrench is outta the question...How to change th fuel filter on 1990 civic si hatch?
Use a 'rachet' and if needed, put a pipe over the handle!!!
