Ignore the first two posters. Tim has it right. Easy change. But you do have to have a special tool to remove the lines from both ends of the fuel filter. Don't touch the fuel system unless you know your way around the engine compartment and/or are mega man. Because mega man has a socket wrench attachment, you don't.
It's pretty easy really. It's mounted under the truck against the frame. It has 2 clips for the fuel line that you will need get a special tool (cheap) to take them off. Ask the parts guy at the local auto parts chain what you need.
